While last year's collections brought together the world of neo-romanticism and floral patterns, this year the designers bet on the fascinating contrast between precise craftsmanship and deliberate imperfection, which is written into every Ferm Living product we select for you at DesignVille.

This organic approach is best exemplified by the play with textures and materials that bring a sculptural elegance to the interior. Examples include Fountain vases in the new frosted matt finish, whose pleated surface resembles the gentle movements of water.

That cutting-edge design doesn't have to be limited to the interior is also demonstrated by the new Fountain Pedestal Bowl which can be used in the garden as a raised bowl in a flower bed or as a bird feeder or bath. This sculptural piece with its fibre concrete pleats will add an antique touch and premium elegance to your garden or patio.

The Tilem oak shelves add architectural dimension to the walls in the dining room, living room and hall. Their strictly vertical lines give depth and order to the space, but thanks to the offset back panel they feel light and do not visually overwhelm the space.

The feeling of groundedness and ultimate comfort is carried by the new colours and premium upholstery of the popular Ferm Living collections. Iconic organic curves Rico collection are presented in a new earthy striping that emphasises their "huggable" character. Similarly, the Buur armchairs have gained warmth thanks to new upholstery. They are now available in sheepskin or velvet rust or in brown or natural bouclé.

This year, the philosophy of "home where it lives" is also being written into the products that often require the greatest amount of functionality in their design, namely chairs. New Boda dining chairs are a lightweight, stackable and highly versatile choice for any modern space. Their clean silhouette in FSC™ certified wood is softened by elegant rounded details, gently curved back legs and a distinctive double backrest.

As the Fountain Pedestal Bowl hinted above, Ferm Living didn't just stop inside the house this year. The Rouli outdoor chairs and pouffes, for example, have also been given a new colour scheme, specifically a dark brown bouclé finish that also perfectly matches the new rust finish of the popular double-sided Hourglass planters.
