Something has gone wrong and you need to claim the goods? This page will walk you through the steps.

Claims

When you receive the goods, please inspect the parcel carefully for any signs of damage caused during the carriage. If the parcel is clearly damaged, do not accept the parcel. 

If the goods are damaged, even if the packaging was intact, please contact us as soon as possible at the electronic e-mail address: shop@designville.eu or by phone, where we agree on further procedure together. For later assessment of the claim, please take photo documentation of the goods and packaging and keep the packaging and all fillings .

The goods have a minimum warranty period of 24 months (unless a longer warranty period is stated on the invoice). If manufacturing defects appear within the warranty period, please contact us at the e-mail address: shop@designville.eu, where we agree on further procedure together. We might ask you to send claimed goods together with a completed claim-form in suitable (preferably original) packaging to our address DesignVille, Za Farou 51, 664 41 Troubsko, Czech Republic.
