Cantilever: lightness and elegant flexibility
The new Palissade Cantilever series, introduced by HAY for 2026, builds on the original character of the Palissade collection. While it retains the strong geometric expression and clean lines, the cantilevered frame brings a lighter visual touch and a slight springiness that significantly enhances seating comfort.
The range includes a classic chair, two types of armchairs, and a low lounge chair. You can easily mix and match these new additions with the existing collection, as they come in the signature palette: iron red, olive, anthracite, cream white, sky grey, and galvanised steel.
Bonus news: an extended table and the Host lamp
Because HAY knows that Palissade is where people love to gather, the collection now includes a 220 cm dining table, comfortably seating up to 8 people. Another clever addition is the Host lamp – a wireless, touch-controlled, and magnetic light designed to fit the Palissade steel frame perfectly.
Last October, we viewed all the 2026 novelties in Copenhagen, including the new Palissade Cantilever. And honestly, this time it was even harder for us to wait and not reveal these gems until the official launch date.
