The PH 2/1 table lamp offers Poul Henningsen's iconic design in a compact version. The distinctive system of three shades made from mouth-blown opal glass is complemented by a metal frame in a glossy colour finish. The ingenious system of shades directs most of the light downwards whilst pleasantly diffusing it into the surrounding area without causing unwanted glare. The three-layered opal glass is glossy on the outside and matt sandblasted on the inside, creating soft and even lighting.
Thanks to the 2,5 m cable length and the switch on the cord, the PH 2/1 lamp is a practical companion for the desk, bedside table or reading corner. When you light it up, you not only illuminate the room - you light up a piece of design history.
