The Loft collection of stylish chairs was created for Muuto by designer Thomas Bentzen, who sought to create a unique yet simple and durable piece inspired by industrial design, using a play of sharply contrasting materials - powder-coated steel construction with softer wood plywood used on the seat and backrest.
