The author Maarten Van Severen aimed to create a simple yet design chair with an elegant slim shape. The design followed the motto "less is more" and it paid off. In 1998, a chair was created that ranks among the revolutionary chair designs of the last decade of the 20th century.
The design of the .03 chair is simple and clean with the quality of workmanship typical of the Vitra brand. The back legs are of steel construction, while the front legs are of aluminium construction in silver lacquered, black lacquered or chrome finish. The soft seat, which adapts perfectly to the human body, is made of polyurethane foam. The backrest has a spring that ensures comfort and perfect support.
The price is for the stackable version with silver lacquered base. Non-stackable version or variant with different base on request.
