The armchair from the Uchiwa collection was designed by Doshi Levien for HAY. The shape of the armchair is inspired by the traditional Japanese fan. Its typical features are the open shape with a high backrest.
The base is made of solid oak wood and the shell is made of hard plastic, which in combination with the padding creates a comfortable seat. The design of the armchair can be customised to your liking thanks to the wide range of high-quality fabrics.
