Originally designed by Tobia Scarpa in 1963, the Seki-Han floor lamp represents a unique combination of craftsmanship, modern technology and precision workmanship. Two vertical ash wood blades, connected by chrome-plated metal elements, surround the central tubular light source. The blades can be rotated around their axis to change the intensity and direction of the light, from a soft diffusion to a concentrated beam. This movement creates a dynamic play of light and shadow and allows the user to fully influence the atmosphere of the space.
The Seki-Han lamp is equipped with its own dimmable LED module, which provides an even, pleasantly warm glow. It can also be fitted with standard T8 LED tubes. The stable metal base is visually separated from the wooden part by a thin metal collar, which emphasises the elegance of the lamp.
The Seki-Han floor lamp combines perfectly with the suspension version from the same collection.
