The Reflect table lamp represents a more restrained and linear approach within Verner Panton’s body of work. The design is based on a simple construction and carefully considered light direction, where the light is not emitted directly into the space but first reflected off the angled disc-shaped shade. The result is refined, indirect illumination with subtly modelled contrast.
The light rises from the tubular base and strikes the white surface of the shade, from where it is softly diffused into the surroundings. All parts of the lamp are made of steel with a powder-coated finish, while the vertical stem features a satin finish.
A distinctive feature of this version is the option to insert a coloured pad (2 pieces included), which alters the tone of the reflected light and gives the space a warmer, more expressive atmosphere. The lamp thus allows subtle control of ambience without any modification to the structure itself.
The Reflect table lamp works beautifully on a desk, sideboard or bedside table, functioning as a subtle yet distinctive lighting accent.
