The Pantop portable lamp is based on Verner Panton’s iconic 1980 design, translating its characteristic bell-shaped silhouette into a contemporary, mobile format. It retains the distinctive form and directed light while offering freedom of movement without the need for a fixed power connection.
The shade is made from lacquered plastic and complemented by an opal diffuser that ensures soft and pleasant light diffusion. A stable base combined with compact proportions highlights both the purity of the form and its practical usability. The integrated battery charges in approximately 6 hours and provides up to 8 hours of illumination at maximum intensity.
In its portable version, Pantop works beautifully on bedside tables, desks or as accent lighting in a living room. With an IP44 rating, it can also be used outdoors, making it ideal for creating an evening atmosphere on a terrace or in the garden. It is available in several additional colour finishes and combines effortlessly with the pendant and table versions from the collection.
