The Knot rug collection by designer Lotta Agaton is based on a simple concept that allows the material itself and its texture to shine. Thick, interwoven rope creates a soft, textured surface with a slightly organic character, while a subtle knot in the corner serves as a distinctive detail on each piece. The result is rugs that look striking and sturdy, yet remain pleasantly soft thanks to the material’s flexibility.
The rugs are handwoven in India from rPET, recycled polyester processed into strong and durable fibers. The material withstands daily wear and tear well while retaining its appearance over the long term, making it suitable even for high-traffic areas of the home.
Knot rugs add a cozy touch to living rooms, bedrooms, or the area under the dining table, and thanks to their durability, they’re also well-suited for use in hotels, offices, and other commercial spaces.
