The Vitra Eames Elephant is a lovely home decoration, children's toy or stool for the little ones, made of solid plastic in matt ice grey. You're guaranteed to recognise it by its large ears and the characteristic silhouette of the whole toy, which children can play with indoors and outdoors.
The design of this designer toy was created in the post-war period in the study of the American husband and wife designers Charles and Ray Eames. They originally designed it in solid, bent plywood, but this version was never produced. Nearly 70 years later, however, the elephant delights children around the world and only proves that its timeless design is a rightful design icon.
