The location of the apartment adjacent to Grébovka called for special attention to historical elements, while at the same time it was necessary to use every inch. The Atelier Monday team led by Tereza Ptáček and Anna Teresa Hamerská transformed the apartment in Prague's Vinohrady district into an airy space with charm and wit, despite its smaller size. On forty-five square metres, the designers sought to create the greatest visual impression possible, while combining Scandinavian minimalism with elegant timelessness.
They relied primarily on the qualities of light colours, which also met nicely with the specific wishes of the owners of the apartment. The creamy and soft blue shades are complemented by dark wood, which adds a cosy feel. We supplied the &Tradition and New Works brands for the project.
