The chair from the Uchiwa collection was designed for the HAY brand by the Doshi Levien design studio . The shape of the chair is inspired by the traditional Japanese fan. Its typical features are the open shape with a high backrest.
The base is made of solid oak wood and the shell is made of hard plastic, which in combination with the padding creates a comfortable seat. The design of the armchair can be customised to your liking thanks to the wide range of high-quality fabrics.
