Sophisticated, bold, versatile. The Penguin chair is an icon of modern Danish design. It was designed by Ib Kofod-Larsen in 1953. The chair has proportions with a slightly oversized seat and backrest. The large, organically shaped shell contrasts with the small, slender skeleton and its shape is reminiscent of the penguin after which it is named. Extremely comfortable, the Penguin Dining Chair is ideal for both homes and public spaces.
