George Nelson originally designed the Bubble Lamp series in 1947. It was first launched in 1952. Nelson was inspired by Swedish silk hanging lamps. It is the perfect globe to fill any interior with warm, diffused light.
The hanging lamp comes in several shapes and sizes. Each model has a steel wire frame on the inside that is coated with a translucent plastic polymer.
